This course presents a unique approach to building leaders in that it does not focus on concepts, but rather the as lived experience of being a leader.
You will discover for yourself what it is to BE a leader and to exercise leadership effectively as your natural self expression in the areas of life and living where leadership is most important to you.
This course produces actionable access to altering the way in which you occur for yourself in situations requiring leadership. This means you will act naturally as a leader WITHOUT having to remember strategies or techniques to apply.
The methodology employed in this course is endorsed by the Harvard Business School and was developed by leading thinkers, philosophers and educators over the last decade who came together to produce a breakthrough in developing leaders.
This course is unlike any other leadership development program currently being offered to the public and in universities.

"My leadership project at the start of the course was extremely generic, and honestly, was a bit of a 'half assed' attempt and went something like..’I want to step up my game to be a more effective leader to my team and to the company as a whole’
As the course progressed I realized integrity, authenticity and functional and perceptual constraints were the key barriers to me be being an effective leader. The course made me realize when I was at my worst and most ineffective I:
1) Always wanted to be right
2) Lacked consistency
3) Could not take criticism
4) Wouldn’t listen
5) Would frequently dismiss colleagues' points of view before they even started talking
My new project is to be an effective leader of 'One-team working shoulder to shoulder delivering excellence to our clients’

“I came here to unlock myself*, and now it’s not even about me, I want to create a Center of Excellence for IT & Business Partnership”.
*as I felt something was holding me back in my career
The shift in my thinking comes from the freedom I feel. This freedom has come from simply being aware of my own being (the way I act, react, think, behave, make decision etc). I haven’t actually consciously made any changes; just the awareness itself has this amazing sense of freedom; freedom to be myself, freedom to accept myself, freedom to create my future. I have started to make different choices, acting and reacting differently without thinking about it. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t gone through the course can relate to this. You have to go through the course and discover for yourself.
Thank you for opening my eyes to the world I have been so-called living in. It feels and looks like a new world with limitless possibilities"
