This course presents a unique approach to building leaders in that it does not focus on concepts, but rather the as lived experience of being a leader.
You will discover for yourself what it is to BE a leader and to exercise leadership effectively as your natural self expression in the areas of life and living where leadership is most important to you.
This course produces actionable access to altering the way in which you occur for yourself in situations requiring leadership. This means you will act naturally as a leader WITHOUT having to remember strategies or techniques to apply.
The methodology employed in this course is endorsed by the Harvard Business School and was developed by leading thinkers, philosophers and educators over the last decade who came together to produce a breakthrough in developing leaders.
This course is unlike any other leadership development program currently being offered to the public and in universities.
Course Promise: As a participant of the Being A Leader Course, you will leave the course being a leader and exercising leadership effectively as your natural self-expression in any situation and no matter what the circumstances.
Participants apply learnings to a real-time project
Participants master the foundation and framework for being a leader
